Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:

Jason Ryan McCutchen, 37, of Frederick, Md., was sentenced to six months and one day in jail as well as $191 court costs for a second offense of driving under the influence.

Donald Mitchell Athey, 21, of Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and $341 in fines and fees for a third driving offense, not related to driving under the influence.

Sharlene Watts, 50, of Rainbow Hill Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and $166 in fees for obstructing an officer. Jail time was suspended for six months probation.

Andrew Christopher Connor, of Fort Ashby, was sentenced to pay $486 for driving under the influence.

Ryan Miller, 21, of Catawba Drive, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to pay $266 in fines and fees for leaving the scene of a crash, with damage to vehicle.

Gary Joseph Fry, 46, of Tri Lake Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to pay $266 for a first offense driving suspension, not related to driving under the influence.
