May 5

Arrest of Jonathan E. Saban, 32, obstructing.

Three vehicle crash, Valley Road, no injuries.

Domestic dispute, Luther Michael Road, verbal.

Report of vehicles racing, Valley Road, unable to locate.

May 6

Burglary, Bob’s Tire, Valley Road.

Domestic dispute, Apple Orchard Circle, verbal.

Unwanted person, Burkey’s Lane, gone on arrival.

May 7

Single vehicle crash, Peter Yost Road, no injuries.

Arrest of John L. Talbert, 69, D.U.I. and traffic offenses.

Single vehicle crash, River Road, no injuries.

Disorderly conduct, juvenile, Firefly Lane.

Alarm, Martinsburg Road, faulty smoke detector, secure.

May 8

Arrest of Mary J. Harrison, 51, worthless check.

Injured deer in roadway, Rt. 9 East.

Roadway hazard, dump truck losing sand, Valley Road.

May 9

Welfare check, Squirrel Drive, subject secure, DHHR referral made.

Arrest of Patrick T. Ryan, Jr., 31, D.U.I. and possession.

Domestic dispute, Hammond Street, verbal.

May 10

Single vehicle crash, Fairview Drive, no injuries.

Single vehicle crash, River Road, vehicle stuck on CSX railroad tracks, removed, no injuries.

Single vehicle crash, Martinsburg Road, driver left scene. Charges pending.

Domestic dispute, Hammond Street, verbal.

Welfare check, Sand Hill Lane, female with medical issues reported missing, located secure.

May 11

Two vehicle crash, Wilkes Street, no injuries.

Arrest of Wayne F. Durboraw, 50, leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrest of James A. Robinson, 21, domestic battery.

Arrest of Kaleb Lee Williams, 30, possession less than 15 grams.

Alarm, Airport Lane, secure.

For the week of May 5-11, also issued 26 traffic citations, 37 traffic warnings, served 41 civil papers and responded to 51 calls not requiring a report.
